Grilled Lobster Tails

Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions:
Preheat grill to high heat.
Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Pull the shell apart slightly and loosen the meat from the shell (leave the meat at the end of the tail intact).
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat. Place the tails, meat side up, on the preheated grill.
Grill for about 8-10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through, basting occasionally with the remaining garlic butter.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
