Grilled Lobster Shrimp and Scallops with Creamy Herb Sauce

Ingredients
For the Seafood:
2 lobster tails, split in half
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb sea scallops, patted dry
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
For the Creamy Herb Sauce:
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken or seafood broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Prepare the Seafood:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Brush lobster tails, shrimp, and scallops with the mixture.
Grill the Seafood:
Place lobster tails flesh-side down on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side.
Grill shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink.
Grill scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and opaque.
Make the Creamy Herb Sauce:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and broth.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Simmer until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve:
Plate grilled lobster, shrimp, and scallops.
Drizzle with creamy herb sauce and serve with lemon wedges.
Enjoy with grilled vegetables or rice.
