Creamy Tuscan Shrimp π€π§πΏ

πIngredients (Serves 4):
**For the Shrimp:
– 500g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic (minced)
– 1 tsp sweet paprika
– Salt & pepper to taste
**For the Creamy Sauce:
– 2 tbsp butter
– 2 cloves garlic (minced)
– 200ml whole liquid cream (or light cream)
– 50g grated Parmesan
– Β½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley or basil (chopped)
– Salt & pepper to taste
**Directions:
1. Cook the Shrimp β Heat olive oil in a pan, add shrimp, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
2. Prepare the Sauce β In the same pan, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic until fragrant. Pour in cream, then stir in Parmesan, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
3. Combine & Serve β Return shrimp to the pan, coat with sauce, and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in fresh parsley or basil.
