Grilled Lamb and Seared Fish with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

2 lamb chops
1 piece of seared fish (e.g., cod or halibut)
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
Olive oil
Fresh thyme, rosemary, and parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves, minced
Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat.
Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh rosemary and thyme.
Grill the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
Season the fish with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Sear it in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily.
For the vegetables, steam the broccoli until tender, then season with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil.
Sauté the shrimp in a skillet with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Arrange the grilled lamb, seared fish, roasted broccoli, and shrimp on a plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
