Creamy Basil Parmesan Salmon with Roasted Red Pepper Linguine

Velvety Basil-Parmesan Salmon with Flavorful Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
Ingredients:

For the Salmon:

2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Roasted Red Pepper Linguine:

8 oz linguine pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Cook the Pasta: Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Salmon: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Creamy Basil Parmesan Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, add grated Parmesan cheese, and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Mix in the fresh basil and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Cook the Roasted Red Pepper Linguine: In another skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add roasted red peppers and sauté for 2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce is well combined and begins to thicken.

Combine and Serve: Toss the cooked linguine in the roasted red pepper sauce until well coated. Plate the linguine and top with the creamy basil Parmesan salmon. Garnish with additional fresh basil if desired.
