Surf and Turf Feast with Mashed Potatoes & Veggies π₯©π€

Treat yourself to this luxurious combo of juicy steak, succulent shrimp, and creamy sides a feast fit for a king!
Ingredients π₯©π€
2 ribeye steaks (10 oz each) π₯©
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined π€
2 tbsp olive oil π’οΈ
1 tsp salt π§
1 tsp black pepper πΆοΈ
1 tsp garlic powder π§
2 tbsp butter π§
2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared) π₯
1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved π±
ΒΌ cup heavy cream π§
1 tbsp parsley, chopped πΏ
1 tbsp garlic butter (for shrimp) π§
Instructions π
Prep the Steak π₯
Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear steaks for 4β5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest for 5 minutes.
Cook the Shrimp π€
In the same skillet, melt garlic butter. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2β3 minutes per side until pink. Set aside.
Prepare the Sides π₯π±
Warm mashed potatoes with heavy cream and a pat of butter. In a separate pan, sautΓ© Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 6β8 minutes until tender.
Assemble the Plate π½οΈ
Place mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts on a serving board. Add the cooked steak and shrimp around them. Drizzle garlic butter from the shrimp over the top and garnish with parsley.
