Surf and Turf Feast with Mashed Potatoes & Veggies 🥩🍤

Treat yourself to this luxurious combo of juicy steak, succulent shrimp, and creamy sides a feast fit for a king!

Ingredients 🥩🍤

2 ribeye steaks (10 oz each) 🥩
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 🍤
2 tbsp olive oil 🛢️
1 tsp salt 🧂
1 tsp black pepper 🌶️
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
2 tbsp butter 🧈
2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared) 🥔
1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved 🌱
¼ cup heavy cream 🧀
1 tbsp parsley, chopped 🌿
1 tbsp garlic butter (for shrimp) 🧄

Instructions 📝
Prep the Steak 🔥
Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest for 5 minutes.
Cook the Shrimp 🍤
In the same skillet, melt garlic butter. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Set aside.
Prepare the Sides 🥔🌱
Warm mashed potatoes with heavy cream and a pat of butter. In a separate pan, sauté Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 6–8 minutes until tender.
Assemble the Plate 🍽️
Place mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts on a serving board. Add the cooked steak and shrimp around them. Drizzle garlic butter from the shrimp over the top and garnish with parsley.
