_Ingredients:_

– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs ๐
– 1 egg ๐ฅ
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese ๐ง
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley ๐ฟ
– 2 cloves garlic, minced ๐ก
– 1 onion, chopped ๐
– 3 carrots, chopped ๐ฅ
– 2 celery stalks, chopped ๐ฅ
– 4 cups chicken broth ๐ฒ
– 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes ๐
– 1 tsp dried basil ๐ฟ
– 1 tsp dried oregano ๐ฟ
– Salt and pepper โ๏ธ
– 1 cup small pasta shapes (e.g., ditalini, elbow macaroni) ๐
_Instructions:_
1. Prepare meatballs: combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic. Mix well ๐ฎ
2. Form meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter ๐
