Grilled Squid Skewers

Ingredients:
1 lb squid, cleaned and cut into spiral shapes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Toss the squid in the marinade, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Thread the squid onto skewers, making sure to space them out.
Grill the squid skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until they are lightly charred and cooked through.
Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a burst of freshness.
