Grilled Flank Steak and Garlic Shrimp with Chimichurri

Ingredients

1 lb flank steak 🥩
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 🍤
2 tbsp olive oil 🛢️
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
1 cup chimichurri sauce (parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, chili) 🌿
Lemon wedges (for serving) 🍋
Instructions

Season steak and shrimp with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. 🥩🍤🔥
Grill steak for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest, then slice thinly. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. 🥩🍤
