2 lobster tails (split in half lengthwise)
3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.

In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
