Grilled BBQ Chicken & Creamy Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:
For the BBQ Chicken πŸ—:

4 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra glaze)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
For the Macaroni Salad 🍝:

2 cups cooked macaroni
1/2 cup diced tomatoes πŸ…
1/4 cup diced bell peppers (any color) 🌢️
1/4 cup diced carrots πŸ₯•
2 green onions, chopped πŸ§…
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice πŸ‹
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the BBQ Chicken:

Marinate the chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Grill the chicken over medium heat, turning occasionally, for about 20-25 minutes.
Brush the BBQ sauce mixed with honey during the last 5 minutes of grilling for a glossy, caramelized finish.
2. Make the Macaroni Salad:

In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, and green onions.
In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Toss the dressing into the macaroni mix until well coated.
3. Assemble and Serve:

Plate the creamy macaroni salad alongside the grilled BBQ chicken.
Garnish with extra green onions or parsley for a fresh touch. 🌿
