🧄 Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp & Scallops 🍋🦐

A juicy, buttery seafood dish with a zesty lemon kick!

📝 Ingredients:

8 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
8 sea scallops, patted dry
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges (for serving)
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Seafood:

Pat the shrimp and scallops dry with a paper towel.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2️⃣ Sear the Scallops:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
4️⃣ Combine & Finish:

Return scallops to the skillet.
Drizzle with lemon juice and toss everything in the garlic butter sauce.
5️⃣ Garnish & Serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
