Grilled Lamb and Seared Fish with Broccoli and Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 lb lamb chops (about 4 pieces)
1 fish fillet (6-8 oz, such as cod or halibut)
8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups broccoli florets
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C) and a skillet to medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Brush half of this mixture over the lamb chops and the other half over the fish fillet.
Grill lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side until a rich brown crust forms and they reach desired doneness (medium: 145°F/63°C internal temp). Set aside.
In the skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Sear the fish fillet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
In the same skillet, add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Steam broccoli florets in a pot with a steamer basket for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Toss with remaining 1 tbsp butter, salt, and pepper.
Arrange grilled lamb chops, seared fish, shrimp, and broccoli on a white serving plate.
Drizzle lemon juice over the fish and shrimp.
Sprinkle fresh parsley and dill over the entire dish.
Serve immediately.
