Beef and Pickled Vegetable Stuffed Flaky Ring Bun 🍖🥒🍞

Ingredients:
1 ring-shaped soft bun 🍞
1 lb beef steak (sirloin or flank), thinly sliced 🥩
1/2 cup pickled vegetables (carrots, onions, or any preferred mix) 🥕
2 tbsp soy sauce 🥢
1 tbsp sesame oil 🌱
1 tbsp hoisin sauce 🍯
1 tbsp sesame seeds 🍶
Fresh cilantro, chopped 🌿
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Instructions:
Prepare the Beef:
In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine, and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Set the beef aside.
Prepare the Bun:
Use a ring-shaped soft bun or make a round hole in a soft bread loaf. Warm it up in the oven for a few minutes to make it slightly crispy on the outside, but still soft on the inside.
Assemble the Dish:
Place the cooked beef mixture into the center of the bun ring, allowing the beef to nestle perfectly into the bread.
Top the beef with the pickled vegetables for an extra tangy crunch. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and sesame seeds for added flavor.
Serve:
Serve the savory, flavorful beef and pickled vegetable stuffed bun ring as a delicious snack or a main dish. It’s perfect for a cozy meal with friends or family!
Enjoy this delightful beef-filled ring bun! 😋
