For the Sautéed Mushrooms:
1½ cups mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For the Sautéed Spinach:
2 cups fresh spinach
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
½ tsp salt
🍽️ Step by Step:
1️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
Cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Add butter, garlic, and parsley, basting the chicken for extra flavor.
2️⃣ Sauté the Mushrooms:
In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat.
