Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp black pepper, 1⁄2 tsp smoked paprika, 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp butter, 12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined, 1 tbsp butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp black pepper, 1⁄2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional), 1⁄2 tsp dried parsley, 1⁄4 cup heavy cream (for extra creaminess), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3 large potatoes, peeled & cubed, 2 tbsp butter, 1⁄4 cup milk or heavy cream, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp black pepper, 1 cup fresh green beans, trimmed, 1 tbsp butter or olive oil, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp black pepper, 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder.

Directions:
1. Cook the Salmon: Season salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add butter to the pan, baste the salmon, then remove from heat.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Shrimp: In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque. Stir in heavy cream (if using) and lemon juice, then simmer for 1-2 minutes.
3. Prepare the Mashed Potatoes: Boil potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain, then mash with butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
4. Sauté the Green Beans: Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add green beans, season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
5. Assemble & Serve: Plate mashed potatoes, then top with the salmon fillet. Arrange garlic butter shrimp around the salmon. Serve with sautéed green beans on the side. Drizzle any extra garlic butter sauce over the dish and enjoy!
