Fish Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients
– ½ cup unsalted butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon lemon zest
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ¼ teaspoon black pepper
– ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
– ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a slight kick)
– 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper if using.
4. Let the sauce simmer for another minute, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove from heat and mix in fresh parsley.
6. Serve warm as a drizzle over grilled, baked, or pan-seared fish.
