A classic Italian method of baking fish in parchment for a tender, flavorful dish!
Ingredients:
โ€ข 2 fish fillets
โ€ข 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
โ€ข 1 lemon, sliced
โ€ข 2 tbsp olive oil
โ€ข 2 cloves garlic, minced
โ€ข 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
โ€ข Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
2๏ธโƒฃ Place fish fillets on parchment paper.
3๏ธโƒฃ Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
4๏ธโƒฃ Add cherry tomatoes and lemon slices on top.
5๏ธโƒฃ Wrap parchment tightly and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6๏ธโƒฃ Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
