🇮🇹 Italian Pesce al Cartoccio 🐟🍋

A classic Italian method of baking fish in parchment for a tender, flavorful dish!
Ingredients:
• 2 fish fillets
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1 lemon, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2️⃣ Place fish fillets on parchment paper.
3️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
4️⃣ Add cherry tomatoes and lemon slices on top.
5️⃣ Wrap parchment tightly and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6️⃣ Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
