6 small tortillas (flour or corn)
½ cup shredded lettuce
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)

Directions:
Season the Chicken – In a bowl, toss diced chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and olive oil.
