Lobster Tail with Garlic Herb Butter Recipe

Ingredients:

– 4 lobster tails (fresh or thawed)
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
– Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
– Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of each lobster tail shell, stopping at the tail. Gently pull apart the shell and lift the lobster meat, laying it on top of the shell while keeping it attached at the base.

2. Make the Garlic Herb Butter:
– In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh parsley, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Brush the Lobster Tails:

4. Bake the Lobster Tails:
– Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm to the touch. You can also broil them for the last 2 minutes to get a golden, slightly crispy top.

– Remove from the oven, garnish with additional parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side for extra flavor.
