🥙 Grilled Steak Wrap Recipe 🥙

Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak 🥩 (or your preferred cut)
2 large flour tortillas 🌯
1 medium onion, thinly sliced 🧅
1 tablespoon olive oil 🍈
2 tablespoons soy sauce 🍜
2 tablespoons honey 🍯
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce 🌶️
Fresh cilantro for garnish 🌿
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Instructions:
Marinate the Steak:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, salt, and pepper. Place the steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it sit for 15-30 minutes.
Cook the Steak:
Heat a grill pan or regular pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) for medium-rare or to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
