Garlic Butter Steak & Lobster Tail 🥩🦞🍋

Ingredients
For the Steak & Lobster:
2 filet mignon or ribeye steaks
2 lobster tails (split in half, shell-on)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter (melted)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the lobster shell and gently pull the meat upward while keeping it attached at the base.
Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak:
Pat steaks dry and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side (or to desired doneness).
Remove from heat and let them rest.
3️⃣ Cook the Lobster:
Preheat oven broiler to high.
Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter mixed with garlic and red pepper flakes.
Broil for 5-6 minutes until opaque and lightly golden.
4️⃣ Garlic Butter Sauce:
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a small saucepan.
Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Drizzle over steak and lobster.
5️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
Plate the steak and lobster, drizzle with extra butter sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
