Juicy lamb on the bone, slow-cooked in a rich, aromatic curryβperfect for a cozy meal!
Ingredients:
β’ 2 lbs (900g) lamb (on the bone), cut into chunks
β’ 2 tbsp oil
β’ 2 onions, chopped
β’ 3 garlic cloves, minced
β’ 1-inch ginger, grated
β’ 2 tomatoes, chopped
β’ 1 cup yogurt
β’ 2 cups water or broth
β’ 2 potatoes, cubed (optional)
Spices:
β’ 1 tsp cumin
β’ 1 tsp turmeric
β’ 1 Β½ tsp garam masala
β’ 1 Β½ tsp chili powder
β’ Salt & pepper
Instructions:
