Ingredients:
β€’ 2 lbs (900g) lamb (on the bone), cut into chunks
β€’ 2 tbsp oil
β€’ 2 onions, chopped
β€’ 3 garlic cloves, minced
β€’ 1-inch ginger, grated
β€’ 2 tomatoes, chopped
β€’ 1 cup yogurt
β€’ 2 cups water or broth
β€’ 2 potatoes, cubed (optional)

Spices:
