Bacon, Egg, and Avocado Toast – a delicious and hearty breakfast!

📝Ingredients:
– 3 slices of sourdough or whole-grain bread
– 2 ripe avocados
– 4 eggs
– 4 slices of bacon
– 1 tbsp butter
– Salt & pepper to taste
– 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
– Drizzle of honey or hot sauce (optional)

**Instructions:
1. Cook Bacon: Fry bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
2. Scramble Eggs: In a pan, melt butter and scramble eggs to desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Prepare Avocado Spread: Mash avocados with a fork and season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
4. Assemble Toast: Toast the bread, spread mashed avocado, top with scrambled eggs, and place crispy bacon on top.
