Would You Eat Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 slices rye bread
4 oz corned beef, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Russian dressing
2 tablespoons sauerkraut, drained
2 slices Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Spread Russian dressing on one side of each slice of rye bread.
Layer one slice of Swiss cheese on one piece of bread, followed by the corned beef, sauerkraut, and the remaining slice of Swiss cheese. Place the second slice of rye bread on top.
Spread butter on the outside of both slices of bread.
Place the sandwich in the preheated skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the skillet and cut the sandwich in half. Serve hot.
