Philly Cheesesteak Garlic Bread .

Ingredients:
1 large French bread loaf
1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise and hollow out a little of the inside to create room for the filling.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced ribeye steak, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until soft and caramelized, about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the bread, then layer with half of the shredded cheese.
Add the cooked steak and vegetables evenly over the bread. Top with the remaining cheese.
Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice and serve hot!
