Bold and Spicy Cajun Salmon and Shrimp 🌶️🍤

Ingredients:
– 2 salmon fillets
– 8-10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (adjust for spice level)
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 cups fresh spinach
– Salt and black pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Season the salmon fillets and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon butter and the shrimp. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink. Remove and set aside.
4. Add the remaining olive oil and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute, then add the fresh spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Return the salmon and shrimp to the skillet, allowing them to soak up the flavors for 1-2 minutes.
6. Plate the salmon over the spinach, top with shrimp, and garnish with fresh parsley.
