**Steak Bites:**
– 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
– 3 tbsp butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
– ½ tsp paprika
**Mac & Cheese:**
– 2 cups elbow macaroni
– 2 tbsp butter
– 2 tbsp flour
– 2 cups milk
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– ½ tsp salt
#### **Instructions:**
1. **Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.**
2. **Make Cheese Sauce:** Melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk. Stir in cheese and salt.
3. **Cook Steak Bites:** Heat butter, sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side, then add garlic and cook 1 minute.
4. **Serve steak bites over creamy mac & cheese!**
