1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup beer (lager or ale)
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
