Arugula salad

Arugula- 40 g
Cherry tomatoes – 4-5 pcs.
Mini mozzarella – 6 scoops
Shrimp – 7 pcs.
Olive oil – 10 ml.
Garlic 2 cloves
Orange – 1 pc.
Dressing station:
Olive oil 10 ml
Orange juice – 20 ml
Wine vinegar – 1 tbs
Honey – 1/2 tbs
Dujon mustard – 1 tbs
Salt and pepper to taste..
I pre-soak the arugula for 30 minutes in ice water, dry it and put it on a plate around the glass. Then I put chopped cherry tomatoes and mini mozzarella balls. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add a couple of crushed garlic cloves. Fry peeled and dried shrimp for 3 minutes on each side until done. Put them on the salad and add orange pulp.
For the dressing, mix all the ingredients and season before serving.
