🍳 Sunny-Side Up Eggs with Sautéed Veggies 🥦🌶️

A simple, nutritious, and vibrant meal packed with protein and fiber!

📝 Ingredients:

2 eggs
½ cup broccoli florets
½ cup bell peppers (red & yellow), sliced
¼ cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables:

Heat ½ tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add broccoli, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and black pepper.
2️⃣ Cook the Eggs:

In a separate pan, heat the remaining olive oil over medium-low heat.
Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are set but yolks remain runny (about 3-4 minutes).
Season with salt and black pepper.
3️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Plate the sautéed vegetables and top with the eggs.
