Lemon Bliss Tart ๐๐ฐ

โ Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
3 large egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the topping:
Whipped cream (optional)
Lemon slices or zest, for garnish

Instructions:
Prepare the crust: Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a tart pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Make the filling: In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, egg yolks, and salt until smooth.
Bake the tart: Pour the lemon filling into the cooled crust. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the filling is set.
Cool & Serve: Let the tart cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream and garnish with lemon slices or zest before serving. Enjoy! ๐๐ฐ
