Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top of the shell lengthwise. Gently spread the shell apart and lift the lobster meat out, keeping it attached at the base. Lay the meat over the shell for an elegant presentation.
3. Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper.
4. Coat the Lobster:
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s well covered.
5. Bake:
Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and tender.
6. Serve & Enjoy:
For extra flavor, sprinkle with paprika and serve with additional garlic butter on the side.
