Garlic Butter Baked Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Coat the Shrimp:
Place shrimp in a glass baking dish.
Pour the garlic butter sauce over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
Bake the Shrimp:
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer and bake for 10–12 minutes until pink and opaque.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle fresh parsley over the shrimp.
