Cajun Deviled Eggs with Spicy Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:

6 large eggs
8 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:

Boil eggs for 10 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath. Peel, halve, and remove yolks.
In a bowl, mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Mix until smooth.
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Sautรฉ shrimp with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce until cooked through.
Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
Top each egg with a Cajun shrimp and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serve immediately for the best flavor.
