Sizzling Pepper Steak with Onions 🥩

Ingredients :
2 beef steaks (whole, such as ribeye or rumsteck steaks, about 150-200g per person)
2 peppers (red and yellow or green, cut into slats)
2 onions (cut into slats)
2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (or other vinegar sauce)
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey or brown sugar (optional, to add a sweet touch)
2 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of butter.
Salt and pepper (according to your taste)
A little soy sauce (to finish)
Sesame seeds and fresh coriander (optional, for garnish)
Chili in flakes (optional, for a little spicy)

Preparation of ingredients :
Preparation of vegetables: Wash and cut the peppers into thin slices and onions into slices. Make your reservations.
Preparing the steak: Take the steaks out of the fridge 15-20 minutes before cooking so that they are at room temperature. Season salt and pepper on both sides.
Prepare the Sauce: Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rice vinegar, honey (or sugar) in a small bowl and set aside.
Cooking steak and vegetables:
Cooking up some steaks :
Heat a cast iron skillet or thick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the steaks. Cook them about 2-4 minutes on each side for a perfect steak (adjust cooking time to your desired cook).
Just before cooking, add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet to add flavor and sprinkle steak with melted butter. Remove the steaks and let them rest under a sheet of aluminum foil
