Baked Pizza Wraps

Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Olive oil for brushing
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread each tortilla with a quarter cup of pizza sauce, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle each tortilla evenly with mozzarella cheese. Top with pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, and black olives.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings for added flavor.
Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly to enclose the fillings. Place the wraps seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly brush the tops of the wraps with olive oil to help them turn golden brown and crisp in the oven.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the wraps are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
