Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Ribs

Ingredients:
4 pounds beef ribs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions:
Season the beef ribs generously with salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper if using. Stir to create a smooth marinade.
Place the seasoned ribs in the slow cooker. Pour the barbecue sauce mixture over the ribs, making sure they are well coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender and the meat easily separates from the bone.
Once cooked, carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker. Optionally, you can broil them in the oven for 2-3 minutes on each side to caramelize the sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with additional barbecue sauce or fresh herbs if desired. These slow cooker barbequed beef ribs are perfect for a hassle-free dinner, offering deep, smoky flavors and tender meat that falls off the bone.
