Salt and Pepper Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

½ cup cornstarch

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon white pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 green onions, chopped

1 red chili, sliced (optional)

Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with soy sauce.

2. Mix cornstarch, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

3. Coat shrimp in the cornstarch mixture.

4. Heat oil and fry shrimp until crispy (about 2 minutes per side).

5. Sauté garlic, green onions, and chili in a pan.

6. Toss shrimp in the garlic mixture.

7. Serve hot with rice or dipping sauce.
