Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque

Ingredients:
– 3 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
– 2 tablespoons chopped celery
– 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 2 cups seafood stock
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup crab meat
– 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Directions:
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add chopped green onions and celery, and sauté them until they’re soft. Stir in the flour and cook it for 1-2 minutes until it turns lightly browned. Gradually whisk in the seafood stock to avoid lumps, then bring the mixture to a simmer. Add the heavy cream, crab meat, and shrimp, and cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, which should take about 5-7 minutes. Season everything with salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Serve it hot, and if you’d like, garnish it with some additional green onions. Enjoy!
