Broiled Lobster Tails Recipe π¦β¨

A simple yet elegant way to enjoy lobster tails with rich garlic butter and a hint of spice!
Ingredients
β 4 (10-oz) lobster tails (fresh or properly thawed)
β 1/4 cup salted butter, melted (1/2 stick)
β 2 cloves garlic, crushed
β 2 tsp lemon juice
β 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
β 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Preheat the broiler and adjust the oven rack to the top position (about 6 inches from heat).
2οΈβ£ Prepare the lobster tails: Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell lengthwise, stopping before the tail. Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell.
3οΈβ£ Make the butter sauce: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, crushed garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
4οΈβ£ Brush the lobster meat generously with the butter sauce.
5οΈβ£ Broil for 8β10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and lightly browned on top. Baste once more with butter halfway through.
