Crispy Fried Chicken with Creamy Sauce

✅Ingredients:
For the Fried Chicken:
10 pieces of chicken wings or chicken tenders
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
Vegetable oil for frying
For the Creamy Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
✅Instructions:
For the Fried Chicken:
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and buttermilk.
Dip each chicken piece into the egg and buttermilk mixture, then dredge it in the seasoned flour mixture.
Heat oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
For the Creamy Sauce:
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, and parsley. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble:
Drizzle the creamy sauce over the hot fried chicken.
Garnish with extra chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
