Ingredients:
For the Garlic Butter Shrimp:
2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Broiled Garlic Butter Lobster Tails:
6 lobster tails
4 tbsp butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Garlic Butter Shrimp:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Toss in the shrimp, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turns pink.
Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.
Broiled Garlic Butter Lobster Tails:
Preheat the oven broiler to high.
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each lobster shell and pull the meat slightly out.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, cayenne, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Broil for 8-10 minutes or until lobster is opaque and cooked through.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
