Fried Cabbage with Bacon, Onion, and Garlic

Ingredients:
– 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
– 4-6 slices of bacon, chopped
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until it becomes crispy. Once done, take the bacon out and keep it aside, but make sure you leave the drippings in the skillet. Add the sliced onion to the skillet and sauté until they turn translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and let it cook for about a minute. Then, add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, mixing it well to combine with the other ingredients. Sprinkle some salt and pepper, and continue cooking until the cabbage softens and is tender. Finally, put the bacon back into the skillet and mix everything thoroughly. Serve it while it’s hot and enjoy your meal!
