Ingredients:
For the Steak:

For the Elote (Mexican Street Corn):
๐ฝ 2 ears corn, grilled and cut off the cob

๐ง ยผ cup crumbled cotija cheese (or feta)
๐ถ๏ธ ยฝ teaspoon chili powder
๐ Juice of ยฝ lime
๐ฟ 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
For the Tacos:

๐ฅ Sliced avocado (optional)

Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Marinate the Steak:
๐ฅฉ In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic, lime juice, and olive oil.
