๐ฎ๐น Italian Pesce al Cartoccio ๐๐

A classic Italian method of baking fish in parchment for a tender, flavorful dish!
Ingredients:
โข 2 fish fillets
โข 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
โข 1 lemon, sliced
โข 2 tbsp olive oil
โข 2 cloves garlic, minced
โข 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
โข Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF).
2๏ธโฃ Place fish fillets on parchment paper.
3๏ธโฃ Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
4๏ธโฃ Add cherry tomatoes and lemon slices on top.
5๏ธโฃ Wrap parchment tightly and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6๏ธโฃ Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
