Ingredients
1 lb lobster tails, halved lengthwise ๐Ÿฆž
1 lb scallops, cleaned and patted dry ๐Ÿฆช
4 tablespoons unsalted butter ๐Ÿงˆ
4 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„
1 tablespoon lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste ๐Ÿง‚
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish ๐ŸŒฟ
Lemon wedges, for serving ๐Ÿ‹
Instructions
Prepare the Seafood:

If using frozen lobster tails, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or run them under cold water until thawed.
Preheat your oven to broil.
Sear the Scallops:

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
Season the scallops with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Lobster:

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sautรฉ for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Place the lobster tails cut side up in the skillet. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Broil the Seafood:

Combine and Serve:

Add the seared scallops back to the skillet, gently mixing them with the lobster and garlic butter.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
