Ingredients :
– π¦ lobster tails – 4 pieces
– π€ shrimp – 500 g, peeled
– Γ©es garlic – 3 cloves, minced
– π lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
– souοΈ olive oil – 4 tablespoons
– πΆοΈ paprika – 1 teaspoon
– – salt – to taste
– – pepper – to taste
– πΏ fresh parsley – for garnish, chopped
Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the lobster tails and shrimp to the bowl and coat them well in the marinade. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
2. Preheat the grill: Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Make sure your grill is clean and slightly oiled to prevent seafood from sticking.
3. Grill the lobsters: Remove the lobsters from the marinade and place them on the grill, meat side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, until meat is opaque and slightly grilled. Flip the lobsters and continue to grill for another 3-5 minutes.
4. Grill the shrimp: While the lobsters are cooking, place the shrimp on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and well cooked.
5. Cook Check: Making sure the lobsters and shrimp are cooked right. The lobster meat must be firm and opaque, while the shrimp must be pink and rolled.
