Shrimp (recipe 3 ways)

Ingredients
For spicy garlic prawns:
– 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 4 minced garlic cloves
– 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the lemon and garlic shrimp:
– 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 3 tablespoons of butter.
– 4 minced garlic cloves
– Juice of 1 lemon
– Zest of 1 lemon
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
For the shrimps with honey and soy:
– 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons of honey
– 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
– 2 minced garlic cloves
– Sliced green onions (for garnish)
Procedure
Spicy Garlic Shrimp:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; simmer for about 1 minute or until fragrant
3. Add the shrimp, salt and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp become pink and opaque.
4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. 👌
Shrimp with lemon and garlic:
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic; cook for about 1 minute until tender.
3. Add the shrimp, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are cooked.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot. 👌
Honey and Soy Shrimp:
1. In a bowl, whip together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and minced garlic.
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add shrimp.
3. Pour soy honey over the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and the sauce thickens slightly.
4. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve. 👌
